Went up to Niseko for our first trip of the Season and have to say it was a *great* trip. Always is every time we go, but this time was a bit more special as they had the "New Year's Eve" Bonfire and Fireworks on January 9th as Dec 31st was cancelled due to gale force winds. Was quite the treat watching the skiers come down the mountain with their torches; concluding at the bonfire pictured above; followed by a brief fireworks display (photos which I'll later).
